Many people dream of getting a stable job in Dubai. Rinsal achieved that dream. He was working in sales, earning a steady income, and building a career abroad.
But deep down, he knew something was missing.
A Passion That Started Long Before His Career
Rinsal's interest in editing began when he was in the seventh grade. Inspired by editors in his local area, he started experimenting with photo editing and image manipulation out of curiosity.
What began as a hobby soon became something he genuinely enjoyed. He spent countless hours learning new techniques, creating designs, and sharing his work on social media. Without realising it, he was building his very first portfolio.
Even then, creative work felt more meaningful than anything else.
The Dubai Phase
Like many young people, Rinsal faced pressure to choose a secure career path. Eventually, he moved to Dubai and started working in sales.
The job provided financial security, but something was missing.
Every day, he found himself thinking about design, editing, and the creative work he had left behind. While others saw a stable career, he saw a dream that remained unfinished.
That realization became the turning point in his journey.
He left his job, came back to Kerala, and started looking for a place where he could learn video editing professionally.
That's when he joined HACA Design School.
Learning Beyond Editing at HACA Design School
"I didn't just learn how to use editing software. I learned how creative work solves real business problems."
At HACA Design School, Rinsal discovered that great video editing is about much more than cuts, transitions, and effects.
Through the guidance of mentors like Safwan, Ashif, and Faraan, he developed a deeper understanding of visual storytelling, branding, marketing, and how design influences business communication.
Instead of simply following tutorials, he learned how to think like a creative professional.
The practical assignments, feedback sessions, and real-world projects helped him sharpen both his technical abilities and creative thinking.
Every project became another step toward building the confidence needed to work professionally.

Building Skills Through Practical Experience
One of the biggest differences Rinsal noticed at HACA was its emphasis on practical learning.
Rather than focusing only on software features, students were encouraged to work on projects that reflected real client expectations and industry standards.
This hands-on approach helped him:
Improve his storytelling through editing.
Understand branding and business communication.
Build a professional portfolio.
Gain confidence in presenting creative ideas.
Prepare for client-facing projects and professional work.
By the end of the program, he had developed not only stronger editing skills but also the creative mindset required to succeed in the industry.
From Sales Executive to Video Editor
After completing his training at HACA Design School, Rinsal returned to the UAE with a new skill set and a strong portfolio.
Today, he is working as a Video Editor, turning the passion he discovered as a school student into a successful career. His journey shows that with the right guidance, practical learning, and dedication, it's possible to change careers and build a future doing what you truly love.
The Difference HACA Made
Looking back, Rinsal believes HACA Design School gave him much more than technical skills.
The mentors helped him understand the creative industry, improve his storytelling, and build the confidence to pursue better opportunities.
The practical learning environment and constant support helped him turn a hobby into a profession.
