For Suhairath, technology was never a random career choice. It was something she had wanted since completing her 10th standard.
After school, she chose the Computer Science stream, completed her BCA, and later earned her MCA in 2014 with the goal of building a career in IT.
But life had other plans.
She got married in 2015, became a mother of three children, and naturally, her priorities shifted towards family. Like many women, she decided to put her professional ambitions on hold while raising her children.
Ten years passed.
While her academic qualifications remained, the technology industry had changed significantly. As her children grew older and became more independent, Suhairath felt it was finally time to return to the career she had once dreamed of.
That was when a friend introduced her to HACA Tech School.
Instead of wondering whether it was too late, she decided to begin again.
Starting Again After a Decade
Returning to studies after a ten year gap wasn't easy. Technology had evolved, new programming languages had become industry standards, and she had to balance learning with managing a household and caring for three children.

Together, they hope to establish their own firm in the future.

Looking back, Suhairath believes that restarting her career after ten years was one of the best decisions she made.
